For the sake of argument, let’s say you’re not a nudist.
It stands to reason, then, that you occasionally put things like pants and shirts on your body.
And seeing as that’s the case, it’s probably in your best interest to make damn sure you look...
Screw it. Forget all that.
We’ve already wasted too much time.
Time that could be spent sifting through the virtual racks of
Indigo & Cotton, a Charleston-based shop turned Web-based emporium of natty button-downs, claw-buckle belts and other things that make your body a better place, online now.
You should go to Charleston. Great place. They’ve got palm trees and pink houses and stuff there. They’ve also got this place there. The brick-and-mortar version. So, you know, pencil in some time for a drive-by. Pick up some boardshorts and aviators on your way to the beach. That kind of thing.
Or you could just open your computer and type the words “Indigo & Cotton.” That works, too. At which point you’ll have your run of the place, from hand-oiled Billykirk belts to chambray ties from the Hill-Side to short-sleeve, floral-patterned button-downs from Gitman Bros.
Think of it as the universe’s way of saying “It’s summer. You should dress like it’s summer. It would be best if you dressed like that.”
The universe is deep that way.
