You bristle at the idea of chivalry being dead.
And while you’re bristling, you’re holding the door open for strangers whilst helping your date with her jacket.
So you probably have a few thoughts on the topic of the modern gentleman.
And we want your best...
Introducing
Ketel One Vodka’s “A Gentleman’s Call,
” an open invitation for game-changing ideas that raise the bar for social behavior and demonstrate that “gentlemanly manner” is alive and well.
Where you make your scene:
submit your idea to their Facebook page by July 29. The five ideas that best exemplify a higher standard of gallantry will be posted online for the masses to vote on (you’ve always done well with the masses).
Helping provide guidance and inspiration along the way: actor/philanthropist Ian Somerhalder, actor Carlos Ponce and cofounder and CEO of the Movember Foundation Adam Garone, who will act as Ketel One’s team of mentors throughout the competition.
Also providing inspiration: the
$100,000 that Ketel One will award the winning idea. Of course, Somerhalder, Ponce and Garone will oversee and advise on the finer points of gentlemanly competition to make sure it all goes smoothly and fairly.
Which means “chivalrous” bribes are out.
