Yawn. Shower. Get dressed. Maybe you have plans; maybe you don't. This is Vegas, after all... Whatever you're doing, though, you'll want to block off a healthy chunk of time for Beerhaus—the newest innovation in Sin City beer drinking and cheddarwurst eating, open now at the Park. Here to help: this hourly breakdown detailing how you'd hypothetically spend your time there. Ha. "Hypothetically." 11am-noon: You're walking through floor-to-ceiling doors and heading straight for their signature breakfast sandwich. It's two eggs, crispy pork, cheddar sauce and tomatillo preserves, best consumed after a night of consumption. Noon-2pm: Drinking Delirium on tap and whupping your friends at ping-pong = two hours well spent. 2-6pm: It's happy hour. You're outside, sitting under some bulb lights, sipping local draft lagers and playing a contentious game of Jenga. (Is there any other kind?) 6-8pm: The sun sets on you, your companions and your IPA cheddarwurst. So much beauty. So much smoked bacon. 8-10pm: A live band starts playing. Naturally, you approach a comely stranger to dance. 10pm-midnight: The time is nigh for a late-night pretzel with beer-cheese dipping sauce. Midnight-3am: You finish off the evening with a caipirinha and a game of Connect Four. Board games make for the best nightcaps. | | | | | | | | | |
