Here to give you all the good, Bettie Page: Queen of Curves, a giant book of photographs featuring the famous pinup and Playboy model as seen through the ever-judicious lens of Bunny Yeager, now available.
The pair started working together in 1954. Bunny took hundreds of photos of Bettie, including their most famous work of Bettie donning a Santa hat (only a Santa hat) while hanging an ornament on a tree.
So that’s in here. And a couple hundred other photos like it. Many of them previously unseen.
Sometimes she’s wearing a bikini while driving a bumper car. Sometimes she’s wearing a leopard-print one-piece while hanging from a tree with a knife in her mouth. But most of the time she’s naked and petting cheetahs or whatever.
Just a little something for you to keep on your Bettie Page table this fall.
